Production Type: Commercial Video / TVC



Overview

We are looking for a resourceful, honest, responsible, and creative Producer to join our team. This role requires someone highly organised, passionate about storytelling, and capable of managing video production from pre-production through to post-production. You will play a key role in bringing people together to craft compelling and visually striking commercial content.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

  • Excellent in communication and negotiation
  • A team player who can collaborate across departments
  • Proficient in presentation and writing
  • Creative with a strong sense of visual, audio, pace, and motion
  • Passionate with a good eye for design, graphics, and art direction
  • Convincing and confident, capable of leading and guiding teams
  • Well-versed in post-production, ideally with hands-on experience in one or more of the following roles:
  • Editor
  • Motion Graphics Artist
  • Colorist
  • Post-Production Supervisor



Job Scope

Pre-Production

  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and task allocation
  • Structure production timelines, including call sheets and shoot schedules
  • Handle online casting and location scouting
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and pre-shoot prep

Production

  • Oversee on-set operations
  • Manage client expectations and facilitate shot approvals
  • Ensure all departments are functioning seamlessly

Post-Production

Visual Post

  • Ensure all visuals meet creative and client objectives
  • Maintain high-quality asset and layout standards
  • Perform creative and technical QC

Audio Post

  • Propose and select VO talent from internal library
  • Schedule and coordinate VO recording sessions
  • Guide sessions and perform VO quality checks



Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial video production (TVC experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the production pipeline (Pre to Post)
  • Prior hands-on post-production experience (editing, color grading, motion graphics, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
