Job description

A Producer at CHOW plays a vital role in bringing our team’s and Clients’ creative visions to life. Success lies in effective problem-solving, careful planning, and managing working teams toward shared goals. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organised, and capable of tracking multiple timelines while staying on top of trends and best practices.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day logistics for social, photo, and video content production, from scheduling and budgeting to coordination with creative teams.
  • Manage assigned ad-hoc projects and social media accounts from pitch to handover.
  • Plan and track project and account budgets; collaborate with teams to set and manage realistic costs.
  • Handle and document production contracts and negotiations with clients, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Lead talent and crew sourcing, guided by industry knowledge, talent trends, and fair compensation standards for delegated accounts and projects.
  • Secure locations and resources, including site recce and production runs when needed.
  • Work with creative and production teams through pre- to post-production, ensuring smooth execution, troubleshooting, managing WIPs, and final delivery.
  • Contribute to content and visual ideation by leveraging insight into client needs, trends, and agency capabilities.
  • Offer informed input on trends, platforms, and production stages from pre- to post-production.
  • Embrace a collaborative workflow across internal teams, clients, and partners.
