Job summary

SMALLSHOP COMMUNICATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Producer to lead TVC, branded content and corporate video projects from pitch to delivery.

You’ll manage budgets, schedules, crews and clients, keeping the creative ambition grounded and every job on track. Join a fast-paced production team and drive hands-on ownership of commercial productions, collaborating with Directors and a diverse slate of projects from concept through post‑production.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience producing TVCs, film or media projects is required.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and logistics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors and the Executive Producer to turn creative ideas into clear, workable production plans.
• Own schedules, budgets, resources and project communication from confirmation to final delivery.
• Source, brief and manage crew, freelancers, locations, permits and shoot logistics.
• Lead on-set production, coordinate clients, agencies and partners, and solve issues quickly.
• Track post-production with the Post Producer, manage feedback and keep deliverables on time and to standard.

We're looking for an experienced Producer to lead TVC, branded content and corporate video projects from pitch to delivery. You'll manage budgets, schedules, crews and clients, keeping the creative ambition grounded and every job on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors and the Executive Producer to turn creative ideas into clear, workable production plans
• Own schedules, budgets, resources and project communication from confirmation to final delivery
• Source, brief and manage crew, freelancers, locations, permits and shoot logistics
• Lead on-set production, coordinate clients, agencies and partners, and solve issues quickly
• Track post-production with the Post Producer, manage feedback and keep deliverables on time and to standard

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with at least 5 years' experience producing TVCs, film or media projects
• Strong in scheduling, budgeting and logistics, with the ability to manage several projects at once
• Calm, resourceful problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through
• Clear communicator with strong client, crew and team management skills
• Solid understanding of production and post-production workflows, with the ability to handle basic casting-reel edits
