SENIOR VIDEO PRODUCER for a GLOBAL SOCIAL MEDIA & TECHNOLOGY COMPANY

The client is a Global Technology Company known for its innovative products and services that connect billions of people around the world. THIS IS A 4-MONTH CONTRACT ROLE subject to extension based on business needs.

This hire will be a producer and must be able to manage production and oversee from start to finish in terms of creating, producing and managing.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in production, video post-production, motion graphics, and animation, and will demonstrate adept leadership in creativity.

FOCUS OF THIS ROLE: Short Form Videos (15 Sec), LIVE Production, Remote Shoots etc

• Formulate innovative storytelling strategies and concepts that align with client business objectives spanning diverse industries.
• Craft and present compelling video concepts that set new standards for internal teams and production collaborators, pushing creative boundaries.
• Manage bids, budgets, schedules, and financial tracking for concurrent client projects, collaborating with production vendors.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of industry trends and company advancements to enhance service delivery to our partners.
• Proactively manage partnerships and cultivate impactful relationships both internally and externally.
• Consistently deliver high-level interpretation, presentation, and execution.
• Collaborate closely with Creative and Marketing teams on new initiatives to ensure that video standards and insights are integrated into future projects.
• Manage technical resources within budget and schedule constraints.
• Develop and inspire talent, setting standards and expectations for excellence during production.
• As needed, assume various video production roles.
• Adapt seamlessly between traditional video shoots, remote shoots, and live broadcasts.

Minimum Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field or equivalent working experience.
• Strong technical and creative production expertise, encompassing both on-set and post-production processes.
• The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with both local and international vendors.
• Additionally, they must possess the resourcefulness to navigate between large and small production houses, as our production budgets vary.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage production requirements among stakeholders, production houses, and talent. This role necessitates leading meetings comfortably.
• Keen eye for identifying suitable production partners for projects.
• Solution-oriented mindset to present alternative approaches for achieving team objectives.
