Job summary

Henkel in Singapore is offering an internship with the global Purchasing Sustainability team, delivering hands-on exposure to strategic sustainability initiatives, supplier engagement and data‑driven decision‑making within an international business environment.

You will assist in planning, development and execution of sustainability projects, collect and organise data, drive supplier engagement, and contribute ideas on digitalization and responsible sourcing.

• Motivated student of environmental studies, procurement or business administration.
• Excellent research, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a team member of the diverse and global Purchasing Sustainability department.
• Assist in the planning, development and execution of Sustainability projects and initiatives of Purchasing.
• Collect and organise sustainability‑related data.
• Drive supplier engagement and scouting activities.
• Actively participate in the steering of supplier sustainability assessment campaigns.
• Development of branding materials and training content.
• Collaborate with team on key strategic initiatives including digitalization.

What you´ll do

• Become a team member of the diverse and global Purchasing Sustainability department
• Assist in the planning, development and execution of Sustainability projects and initiatives of Purchasing
• Collect and organise sustainability‑related data
• Drive supplier engagement and scouting activities
• Actively participate in the steering of supplier sustainability assessment campaigns

• Collaborate with the team members on key strategic initiatives, including digitalization, and contribute with your ideas
• Drive your assignments, plan your time and workload
• Join us for an exciting internship from January to June 2027

We offer an attractive monthly allowance ranging from SGD 2,000 to 3,500. The exact amount depends on the internship duration, whether it is a mandatory or voluntary internship, full‑time or part‑time arrangement, and existing academic qualifications
