Procurement Specialist (Must be from Co-working Space)
Role Overview:
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring interior materials, furniture, fixtures, and civil construction materials for coworking spaces.
- Sourcing & Supplier Selection: Identify and select reliable suppliers for a range of interior materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable deals and ensure timely procurement.
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing suppliers, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that sufficient materials are available for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Budget Management: Ensure that procurement activities stay within the designated budget while maintaining product quality and timely delivery.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the design and operations teams to understand project needs, ensuring the right materials are procured.
- Vendor Coordination: Prepare and manage purchase orders, handle any issues with suppliers, and ensure smooth coordination for deliveries.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured materials meet the required specifications and quality standards for the coworking spaces design and functionality.
- Market Research: Continuously research new suppliers, trends in office interior design, and alternative materials to improve procurement processes and project outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement or interior design-related fields.
- Must be from a coworking space environment.
