Procurement Specialist

Summary:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

• UP$3000-$3700

• AWS+VB

• Tuas

Responsibilities:

• To follow up, expedite and place orders on mechanical /non-mechanical parts and farm out in the local and overseas region.

• Responsible for managing open orders, future forecasts and ensure uninterrupted supplies of materials.

• Perform vendor performance reviews such as Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.

• Foster close relationships with vendors and partners.

• Identify and order the required materials, negotiate to improve delivery dates work with buyer and warehouse to maintain the inventory and inflow of raw materials and part components.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain related studies

• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in similar field would be preferred

• Relevant experience in Oil and Gas industry would be of advantage
