Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier assessment for vessel components, aircraft consumables, and healthcare products.

• Ensure timely acquisition of materials and services while optimizing cost efficiency and delivery schedules.

• Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor order progress, and ensure adherence to company procurement policies.

• Supplier Negotiation & Relationship Management

• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, high-quality standards, and reliable delivery timelines.

• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to enhance collaboration and streamline procurement processes.

• Assess supplier performance, address any discrepancies, and implement improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

Job Requirement(s):

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years in procurement or supply chain management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and vendor management.

• Proficiency in SAP, procurement tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

• High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
