Job Responsibilities:
- Implement demand confirmation, information collection, summarization, and feedback of RFQ.
- Handle requirements confirmation, inquiry, price negotiation, price comparison, and bid opening for purchase requisitions.
- Document, suggest, and record results of purchasing operations.
- Confirm execution orders and follow up on delivery.
- Negotiate, confirm, and sign execution contracts.
- Manage unqualified purchase cases.
- Act as the supplier's coordination and contact point.
- Participate in and assist with supplier evaluation and regular audits of qualified suppliers.
- Assist in sourcing alternative suppliers.
- Support the preparation of minutes for the Procurement Committee.
- Assist with the disposal of scrap/resale of fixed assets.
- Collect and organize procurement statistics.
- Manage the receipt, filing, and administration of purchase requisitions and change orders.
- Oversee order filing, confirmation, printing, distribution, manufacturer follow-up, and management.
- Classify, file, and manage archives, contracts, and technical documents.
- Handle acceptance certificates, including receipt, confirmation, filing, and management.
- Manage work completion notices, including receipt, dispatch, filing, and record-keeping.
- Conduct procurement following relevant procedures.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
