Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement demand confirmation, information collection, summarization, and feedback of RFQ.
  • Handle requirements confirmation, inquiry, price negotiation, price comparison, and bid opening for purchase requisitions.
  • Document, suggest, and record results of purchasing operations.
  • Confirm execution orders and follow up on delivery.
  • Negotiate, confirm, and sign execution contracts.
  • Manage unqualified purchase cases.
  • Act as the supplier's coordination and contact point.
  • Participate in and assist with supplier evaluation and regular audits of qualified suppliers.
  • Assist in sourcing alternative suppliers.
  • Support the preparation of minutes for the Procurement Committee.
  • Assist with the disposal of scrap/resale of fixed assets.
  • Collect and organize procurement statistics.
  • Manage the receipt, filing, and administration of purchase requisitions and change orders.
  • Oversee order filing, confirmation, printing, distribution, manufacturer follow-up, and management.
  • Classify, file, and manage archives, contracts, and technical documents.
  • Handle acceptance certificates, including receipt, confirmation, filing, and management.
  • Manage work completion notices, including receipt, dispatch, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Conduct procurement following relevant procedures.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field; major in International Business is a plus.
