Job Title: Regional Procurement Specialist

Job Location: Singapore

Responsibilities :-

• Manage end-to-end Procurement process - Responsible for sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, selection, contracting with vendors
• Supplier Management:
• Identify potential new suppliers, perform vendor onboarding process and due diligence
• set up and maintain Preferred Supplier List, in alignment with Global/Regional Category teams
• Purchasing Spend – monitor, track, validate purchasing spend, and to identify sourcing opportunities/savings
• Stakeholder Management – drive sourcing initiatives with internal stakeholders. Ensure group procurement process/policies are adhered to
• Tools & Systems – be subject matter expert in tools/systems. Organise, collate and upload vendor contracts
• Any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Purchasing or equivalent
• 4 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement and contracting management, in Indirects category (External Resources, Professional Services, Real Estate, Facility Management, Marketing, IT & Telecom)
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of organisation and cross functional teams (legal, finance, tax etc). Good interpersonal skills
• Regional exposure.
