Job Title: Sourcing Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Support Singapore RSD TPP sourcing, equipment/consumable/reagent sourcing, with an annual revenue of $5M.
2. Handle TPP related sourcing operations, including new vendor creation, RA/GTC screening, PN creation & quotation generation in SAP, and open item reporting.
3. Maintain productivity knowledge and a good understanding of the strategic sourcing process, especially in laboratory, pharma, and medical equipment industries.
4. Work proactively with category owners and internal commercial stakeholders to enhance productivity and provide efficient revenue support.
5. Act as an interface between internal stakeholders (market/engineering) and suppliers for co-design and collaboration.
6. Manage supplier relationships, optimize supplier pools, and improve vendor management for better productivity and service.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
2. Over 2 years of procurement experience, with proven negotiation and contract management skills.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to lead sourcing processes independently.
4. Capable of working under pressure and in high-intensity environments.
5. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
6. Experience in pharma, laboratory, or medical equipment industries is preferred.
7. Willing to travel (<20%).
