Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead Supply & Demand Planning
    Ensure effective planning, execution, and follow-up of supply and demand to support smooth operations.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management
    Implement and oversee optimal purchasing policies, manage third-party vendors, and conduct bidding processes to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services and goods.
  • Invoice & Delivery Oversight
    Monitor goods receipt, invoice accuracy, and ensure timely approvals and payments in alignment with company policies.
  • Cross-Department Coordination
    Align purchasing activities with Commercial, Finance, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to support end-to-end operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Accuracy & System Management
    Maintain 100% accuracy and real-time updates in Zoho Inventory, including product details, pricing, and stock movements.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    Manage customs clearance, tax payments, and regulatory processes to ensure legal compliance for imports/exports.
  • Continuous Improvement
    Regularly review and refine purchasing processes, procedures, and policies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Support Strategic Decisions
    Provide accurate data and reports to assist management in strategic decision-making; perform other duties as assigned by the CEO and Shareholders.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role and 3 years' experience in managing warehouse employees
  • Hands-on experience with Logistics
  • Experience with logistics/supply chain /warehouse tools, processes, methods and platforms to help support the business and its employees
  • Ability to develop tools, reports and systems to support business decision making
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics, warehouse systems and up-to-date knowledge of logistics trends
  • Knowledge of Infotech, Zoho CRM is advantageous
