1. Supplier Management & Contract Negotiation
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals.
- Manage procurement processes from requisition to purchase order issuance.
2. Inventory & Demand Planning
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to forecast future supply needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational requirements.
3. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Prepare regular procurement reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and performance metrics.
4. Cost Optimization & Process Improvement
- Identify and implement strategies for cost reduction and process improvements.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing
Qualifications & Skills
- Education : Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience : At least 1–3 years of relevant procurement experience; industry-specific experience may be preferred.
- Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
