Job summary

Job description

1. Supplier Management & Contract Negotiation

  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals.
  • Manage procurement processes from requisition to purchase order issuance.

2. Inventory & Demand Planning

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to forecast future supply needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational requirements.

3. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and performance metrics.

4. Cost Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement strategies for cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education : Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : At least 1–3 years of relevant procurement experience; industry-specific experience may be preferred.
  • Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
