Job Title: Associate Procurement Professional (Supply Network Specialist)

We are seeking a skilled Associate Procurement Professional (Supply Network Specialist) to join our Asia RI Region-GFSD team in Bangalore. The preferred location for this role is at the Thiruvallur-RIOP CIPL Plant.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and execute the category strategy, including overseeing policies, agreements, source catalogues, and special procurement programs.
2. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, inventory optimization, and quality enhancement, while ensuring the robustness of business proposals and conducting risk assessments.
3. Serve as the key liaison between the organization and suppliers, ensuring clear communication of information while considering production requirements and supplier conditions.
4. Document and evaluate suppliers' performance in terms of timeliness and production, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
5. Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and activities; create visual data representations.
6. Provide effective communication, including delivering presentations and written reports, and understanding non-verbal cues.
7. Explain the impact of interactions with individuals and groups, and collaborate across departments, adapting communication styles as needed.
8. Adopt a collaborative approach in negotiations, focusing on issues over personalities, and utilize active listening and probing techniques.
9. Manage and administer relevant contracts, ensuring compliance and maintaining documentation.
10. Document procurement activities, maintain compliance with regulations, and utilize procurement systems efficiently.
11. Engage in strategic sourcing activities, including data analysis, market research, and supporting senior professionals.

Candidate Requirements:

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
• B.E / B. Tech background.
• Hands-on experience in QCLDM, Logistics, Supply Assurance, source catalogues, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management.
• Availability for a 5-day work week in a general shift (7:45 AM to 4:45 PM).
