Job summary

Quest Global Services PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage equipment packages from pre-purchase to final delivery, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements.

You will coordinate with buyers to finalize POs and monitor supplier document submissions. With at least 3 years of EPC/FPSO experience, you will liaise with vendors, project teams and inspectors, organize progress meetings, track performance and payments, and support installation,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in EPC FPSO projects.
Positive and willing-to-learn attitude.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage equipment packages from pre-purchase to final delivery, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with buyers to finalize POs, monitor vendor document submissions, manage inspections and testing, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and spare parts.
Liaise with vendors, project teams, owners’ reps, and third-party inspectors, organize progress meetings, and track vendor performance and payments.
Support installation, commissioning, warranty matters, and ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the procurement lifecycle.
