Job description

You will lead the Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE), ensuring procurement transactions are processed efficiently and comply with policies and SLAs. You’ll guide divisions on procurement strategies, analyze spending trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure proper governance. The role includes reviewing procurement approval papers and suggesting policy improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

You’ll also handle procurement-related queries and support divisions with exceptional service in procurement, payment, and budgeting matters.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and streamline procurement transaction processes

· Advise divisions on procurement strategies and structures

· Analyze procurement data and trends; identify savings opportunities

· Review procurement approval documents and provide insights to management

· Propose improvements to procurement policies and procedures

· Provide customer-focused support on procurement and budgeting issues

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy, Business, or equivalent

· 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

· Good knowledge of procurement and some accounting; shared services experience is a plus

· Proficient in SAP and e-procurement systems; knowledge of Power Automate/Apps is an advantage

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project

Location : East

Salary Range : $10,000.00 – S$12,000.00
