Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
Manage procurement processes from requisition to purchase order issuance.
Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to forecast future supply needs.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant legal regulations.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Assist in cost control and budget management for procurement activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience in Construction Industry is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procurement System (Autocount) is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
