Job description

Job Description

  1. Handling the entire procurement cycle including sourcing, negotiation, price comparison, issuance of PO and GRN.
  2. Manage purchase orders including tracking deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  3. Negotiate contract, payment terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
  4. Constantly review price and source for new suppliers to ensure price competitiveness.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives and production needs.
  6. Review specifications and ensure materials ordered meet the production requirements and require Mill Certs / test report when necessary.
  7. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation for payment processing.
  8. Any other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma in business administration / supply chain management / engineering or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 year(s) of procurement role preferably in manufacturing industry.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Prior sourcing experience in Malaysia preferred.
  6. Able to work independently and multitask.
  7. We seek candidates who can communicate in English, Mandarin & Malay, as coordination with suppliers from different countries is required.

  1. Work Location: Tuas.
  2. Company transport for Tuas Office Pick Up at Blk 978 Jurong West St 91, Gul Circle MRT and Chua Chu Kang MRT.
  3. 5 Days work week.
