Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited is seeking a Manager, Procurement – Concentrates Management in Singapore. You will develop and execute category sourcing strategies for concentrates, drive cost efficiency, and ensure supply reliability.

The role involves supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, and alignment with global/APAC procurement strategies. You will collaborate with business units, planning teams, and APAC Finance to forecast demand, manage pricing, and lead negotiations to achieve

Qualifications

Degree in Logistics, Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
5–7 years in supply chain, planning, or plant management preferred in beverage/FMCG/pharma.
Strong procurement, sourcing, category management, and project management knowledge.
Fluent English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units, planning teams, suppliers, and APAC Finance on demand forecasting, supply planning, and pricing.
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage material risk and ensure supply availability and delivery.
Develop and execute global and regional category sourcing strategies; lead supplier negotiations for cost/value targets.
Ensure effective Procure-to-Pay processes, master data accuracy, vendor documentation, and internal controls.
Negotiate and execute supplier contracts; manage non-standard purchase agreements and terms.
