Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the procurement team to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee and coordinate all purchasing activities across the group.
• Establish and maintain effective procurement systems and procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews of purchasing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of materials and services.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to inform sourcing decisions.
• Prepare, issue, and evaluate tender documents; conduct bid analysis and contract negotiations.
• Recommend, review, and approve supplier contracts, focusing on value and quality.
• Authorize purchase orders and review payment approvals in line with financial controls.
• Manage asset disposal processes in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Provide strategic input on contract awards and support the establishment of favorable contract terms.
• Lead procurement analysis and tender evaluations to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within a project-based or industrial environment (e.g., precast or ready-mix).
• Must have experience in building materials manufacturing companies/
• Proven expertise in tender processes, contract review, and supplier negotiations.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to support project documentation and adhere to timelines.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with the BCA index or similar procurement frameworks is an advantage.
