Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product / planning / logistics team to understand the business requirements and align procurement strategies with company goals;
• Lead a team and monitor all procurement activities and ensure stable supply;
• Regular review on suppliers performance including pricing, lead time, and other aspects that would impact the supply chain efficiency;
• Establish procurement policies and procedures;
• Work with Global Sourcing team on strategic sourcing projects
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain / Business or related discipline;
• 5 years solid experience in procurement areas, experience in healthcare industry is an advantage;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power BI;
• Knowledge in SAP is a plus
