Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead procurement activities for supplies and services from vendors.
  • Lead the competitive sourcing process, initiate requests for information, quotations, and proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Execute all contractual matters of assigned projects and ensure they are handled effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in spending and inventory control, and make recommendations to identify areas for savings.
  • Perform other ad hoc matters assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Good leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive.
