Role Summary:

You will be responsible for leading and managing the sourcing and purchasing activities of the organization. This role required to ensures the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, components, and service while maintaining the highest standars of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on technical capabilities, pricing, quality, reliability, and alignment with project requirements.
  • Manage the Request for Quotation process, lead price negotiations, and establish clear contract terms and conditions with vendors.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure purchased materials meet all technical specifications and are delivered on schedule.
  • Monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, service, and compliance; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead and support initiatives focused on cost savings, process optimization, and procurement efficiency.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of pricing trends, supplier capabilities, and potential risks; perform spend analysis to guide sourcing strategies.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experiences in Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Other certification (e.g., CPSM, CPIM, PMP) are a plus.

Essential Experiences:

  • Familiarity with semiconductor supply chains, including raw materials (e.g., wafers, chemicals, gases), equipment, and OEM/ODM sourcing, facility engineering works, IT/CIM products or the generally affairs.
  • Experience in procurement within the semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Deep understanding of procurement strategies, cost modeling, and supplier performance management.
  • Experience working with suppliers globally, especially in Asia-Pacific regions.
  • Strong ability to analyze technical specifications and collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
  • Solid knowledge of industry compliance standards and material traceability requirements (e.g., RoHS, REACH, ISO standards).
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other semiconductor-specific platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex sourcing projects across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic supply chain challenges, such as lead time fluctuations or geopolitical risks.
  • Actively seeks out way to enhance processes, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
