Title: Assistant / Procurement Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the company's inquiry, procurement, order tracking and management of foreign suppliers, and be able to communicate with suppliers in English without any barriers
- Responsible for overseas suppliers sourcing, and collecting market information;
- Integrate supplier resources according to the company's business needs, and complete full-process tasks such as search, contact, inquiry, price comparison, negotiation, and signing of purchase contracts, and implement delivery deadlines on time;
- Responsible for the import and export business of raw materials, consumables, accessories and other materials required by the company, including customs declaration, inspection, customs declaration documents, tracking and domestic transportation to the company, etc., and coordinate and solve abnormal problems in the import and export process;
- Responsible for HS classification of materials and approval of materials involved in certification; processing customs declaration forms, container documents and other related documents, and accurately filling in necessary customs declaration information;
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with relevant departments such as customs, inspection and quarantine departments, logistics/freight forwarding companies, etc. to ensure smooth customs clearance of goods;
- Keep abreast of and track the latest international trade regulations and policies to ensure that customs declaration operations comply with requirements;
Required Abilities of Procurement Manager
- Have experience in external communication, be familiar with import and export customs clearance procedures, and be proficient in using office software and related customs declaration software.
- Familiar with procurement process, contract management, and competitive negotiation;
- Have relevant experience in a Singaporean biomedical foreign trade agency, customs broker or biomedical enterprise priority would be advantageous
- At least 5 years of relevant purchasing experience and be very familiar with market conditions (eg fillers, disposable consumables, filtration products, biological reagents, test kits, laboratory consumables, glass consumables, animal-related, chemical reagents etc)
- Fluent in spoken Chinese and English, bachelor degree or above in international trade, English, biomedicine and other related majors
