The Professional Service Procurement Manager manages all purchasing activities of sub-indirect categories including Outsourcing Services, HR services and other expert services. We provide professional procurement support not only to multi-stockholders delivering diverse and proper sourcing solutions to different business units.
Responsibilities
Fully responsible for the company service including recruitment, background check, employee assessment, TPA (personnel outsourcing) as sourcing manager.
Implement and optimize procurement processes to drive business with higher efficiency and lower cost.
Support and participate in all sourcing activities and build knowledge of procurement project management.
Work closely with business owners with strong business acumen, define procurement and supply strategy; help business scale quickly by providing feasibility and innovative advice.
Deep dive into the recruitment service industry at a global level, benchmarking category, analyzing necessary data to select high quality and cost-optimized vendors.
Manage supplier daily deliverables, establish a performance measurement system to increase competition between vendors, secure supply, and deliver efficiency and flexibility.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, with 3 years or above experience in indirect procurement.
Familiar with category management in indirect procurement, master of end-to-end procurement activities, purchase to pay, and manage daily activities as a sourcing manager.
Great business acumen and logic, to organize various business needs and requests, to effectively implement sourcing strategy and process, define, and manage supplier pool, measurement deliver performance to increase efficiency and control cost.
Proven data analysis and contract management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent negotiation skills, good insight into the market and industry, and can proactively work with businesses for innovation and changes.
Good understanding of procurement systems and tools, be able to drive process improvement.
