Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement activities, from sourcing and quotations to PR/PO processing and supplier coordination. You will verify invoices, manage GRNs, monitor inventory, and collaborate with warehouse, Finance, Procurement and Billing teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate records.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Higher NITEC and at least 1 year in procurement or logistics, with strong Excel and ERP/WMS

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, invoice processing, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A meticulous, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and processing purchase requests.
• Raise and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and order fulfilment.
• Verify invoices, process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and maintain accurate procurement and billing records.
• Monitor inventory levels, warehouse equipment maintenance, and calibration schedules to ensure operational readiness.
• Liaise with warehouse operations, suppliers, Finance, Procurement, and Billing teams to support smooth daily operations and resolve procurement-related issues.
