Job summary

Rolls-Royce is offering a procurement internship in Singapore, focusing on sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and vendor onboarding. You will gain hands-on experience in vendor management, cost analysis, and procurement operations within a global setting.

Three days on-site at Tukang (Jurong) with a flexible 2+ days remote option; expect exposure to KPI data analysis, PO coordination, and supplier communication.

Qualifications

• University students pursuing a degree in Purchasing, Procurement, SCM, Logistics, Engineering or related business discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• VBA knowledge is preferred; not mandatory.
• Must be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office.

Responsibilities

• Support cost saving initiatives, service levels, payment terms and KPIs.
• Assist in sourcing vendors and issuing RFQs to secure competitive pricing.
• Process requisitions and issue purchase orders per policy.
• Procure and coordinate purchases per established procedures.
• Support sales Turnkey and MRO sustainability projects.
• Maintain vendor onboarding/information in the system.
