A leading engineering firm located in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Coordinator responsible for managing supplier relations and optimizing inventory levels. You will participate in strategic planning and handle procurement tasks including issuing purchase orders and conducting audits. Ideal candidates have strong organization skills, experience in procurement, and a proactive approach to inventory management. This position offers a comprehensive role with opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
Perform any other tasks as assigned when necessary.
· Liaison and Coordinator with supplier and project teams.
· Maintain, source, and procurement of material.
· Issue purchase orders and data entry.
· Participate in strategic planning of procurement for the company.
· In charge of the centralized purchases for the company.
· In charge of the store and purchase of the materials.
· To do stock inventory within a year.
· In charge of creditor invoices, delivery orders, and pricing.
· ISO preparation for internal and external audits.
~ Analyse, monitor, and forecast inventory levels.
