Procurement Executive (Plumbing & Sanitary)

Perform any other tasks as assigned when necessary.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaison and Coordinator with supplier and project teams.
2. Maintain, source, and procure materials.
3. Issue purchase orders and data entry.
4. Participate in strategic planning of procurement for the company.
5. In charge of the centralized purchases for the company.
6. Manage the store and purchase of materials.
7. Conduct stock inventory within a year.
8. Handle creditor invoices, delivery orders, and pricing.
9. Prepare for ISO internal and external audits.
10. Analyze, monitor, and forecast inventory levels.
11. Initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives.
12. Liaise with local suppliers.
13. Maintain and update the approved supplier list.
14. Monitor and keep optimal inventory levels.
15. Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers.
