Procurement Executive (Government Project)

Job Summary:

• 2 Years Contract
• Located at Tuas
• 5 Days (8.00AM to 5.45PM)
• Up to $4,000
• Performance Bonus and Variable Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

• Support operations in procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, contracting, and contract management.
• Ensure that materials and services purchased meet user specifications.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timely delivery, and competitive pricing that aligns with organizational requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with the Finance department regarding payment-related matters.
• Conduct market research and engage with industries to understand the supplier landscape and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of procurement experience in the logistics and engineering industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
