Our client is a newly set-up Chinese F&B chain seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to support their daily procurement and administrative operations. This role is critical to ensuring that all outlets are well-supported with timely supplies and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily purchasing of food ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
  • Liaise with suppliers to track deliveries, confirm orders, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert management on low-stock items.
  • Assist with pricing updates and vendor performance tracking.
  • Handle Goods Receipt Notes, invoice processing, and payment coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to the kitchen and operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and documentation standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of purchasing or administrative experience; F&B background is an advantage.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
