A leading company in manpower services in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented individual to prepare tenders and assist with recruitment. This role involves submitting proposals, monitoring business opportunities, and maintaining client databases. Candidates should possess a diploma in a related field and exceptional communication skills.
• Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and related documents.
• Ensure all documents comply with tender/quotation requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor online platforms or portals for new tenders and business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals for new projects or potential clients.
• Maintain and update supplier, client, and pricing databases.
• Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries with vendors.
• Assist with recruitment and staff placement.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business, Procurement, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.30am -5.30pm / 9.00 am - 6.00pm
