Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Source products based on sales requests, ensuring quality and cost efficiency, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and securing favorable deals.

2. Manage procurement tasks including purchase orders, inventory updates, and support finance functions such as invoice verification in the ERP system.

3. Coordinate with suppliers on lead times and deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials and goods.

4. Monitor inventory levels, suggest improvements for turnover, and handle stock transfers between warehouses as needed.

5. Oversee supply chain operations, resolve process inefficiencies, and ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

6. Ensure compliance with logistics regulations, stay updated on market trends, and support ad-hoc tasks like supplier coordination and bookkeeping.
