Provide L1 Helpdesk for both internal and external users on Procurement systems and processes. Answer and respond to phone calls, emails and chats for system related issues.
Manage and coordinate Procurement systems related projects, including configuring and testing of change requests, enhancements and new functionalities.
Responsible for both internal and external users’ access to the Procurement systems and monitoring their activities.
Manage and work with internal and external users on other master data set-up and accuracy, including monitoring sourcing events as and when required. (Vendor master set-up, risk assessment related issues, catalogs set-up, maintenance of master data etc.)
Conduct internal audit checks on Procurement systems and processes to ensure the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to accordingly.
Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time as may be required in his/her role.
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder and above.
Proactive and able to work under tight schedule.
Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility.
Meticulous and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidate with SAP Ariba knowledge will be an added advantage.
