Job summary

Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management and possess at least two years of relevant purchasing experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effective management and control of all procurement activities.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Ensure overall quality & quantity management of stock, cost, product ranges, stock rotation, turnover, regulatory & compliances.
• Work with different department to do demand planning and ordering of inventory for various brands and to ensure cashflow is in-line with project through timely.
• Evaluate and negotiate contract terms on pricing and product quality.
• Conduct verification and match delivery order, purchase order and other documentation for finance processing.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management.
