We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team. This role supports the overall procurement operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, company regulations, and efficient supply chain execution. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and capable of supporting procurement processes from requisition to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and the Company’s Act.
  • Facilitate day-to-day procurement operations including acquisitions, order tracking, returns, and general administrative matters.
  • Assist in purchase preparations and maintain accurate procurement records and databases.
  • Provide support to the sales team with accurate product/service information from suppliers or principals.
  • Ensure all actions are aligned with internal guidelines and procurement best practices.
  • Coordinate with Finance to provide timely updates on purchasing and invoicing status.
  • Assist in preparing purchasing reports and documentation for Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements
  • NITEC/ Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement or purchasing role within the industrial sector is required.
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently while supporting a team-based environment.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
