Job description

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thu)/ 8.30am to 6.00pm (Friday)

Sakary: $5,500 per month

Location: 378 Alexandra Rd, Singapore 159964

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage procurement of medical, non-medical equipment, and furniture.
• Lead user workgroups: schedule meetings, set goals, guide departments, and review work plans.
• Prepare and review technical specifications for tenders in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Evaluate tender submissions for technical compliance and provide recommendations.
• Assist tender committees in assessing equipment and service providers.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure cost control.
• Stay current with planning trends for building development.
• Liaise with external contractors and provide technical guidance to users and management.
• Support Group BME functions and other planning activities as required.

Requirements:

• Advantage for prior experience in a similar role within healthcare/Medical institutions.
• Able to manage tasks efficiently and meet project goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, confident in presentations.
• Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
