Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities: -

• Engage in the sourcing process and supplier selection based on customer's enquiries.
• Develop and identify potential suppliers/manufacturers based on Exim's main product categories.
• Review and conduct price negotiations with suppliers.
• Manage the company's Sourcing Software and monitor the sourcing activities based on enquiries productivity and hit rate of enquiries.
• Develop and implement control to monitor the enquiries set-up.
• Arrange technical sharing from manufacturers with sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pre-requisites: -

• At least a Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or any similar role.
• Experience in mechanical, and electrical procurement is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
