Job description

Responsibilities:

• Drive cost-effective, timely procurement to support growth through strategic sourcing and supplier management.

• Drive BOM cost savings by renegotiating supplier contracts and improving sourcing strategies.

• Reduce OPEX spend through procurement-led cost-saving initiatives and vendor optimization.

• Enforce budget discipline, ensuring ≥95% adherence to BOM and OPEX allocations.

• Improve supplier performance in quality, pricing, and on-time delivery through regular reviews and action plans.

• Streamline procurement processes to shorten cycle time and ensure material readiness for monthly builds.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added benefit

• More than 10 years in procurement with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Proven track record in cost control, supply chain optimization and supplier negotiations
