Our company is a design & interior firm currently forming a joint venture with a Chinese EPC and EPCM specialist company.

We are establishing an EMCM company in Singapore and are seeking an engineer with over 7 years of experience in design, procurement, trading, and installation work related to MEP and building works. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Chinese and willing to travel for two weeks at a time, as our partners are Chinese and procurement experience from China is essential.

The candidate should have construction and procurement experience focusing on MEP, with a proven track record managing projects valued at USD 60 million or more in Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam.

Responsibilities include managing clients and assisting the company in securing new clients in the region.

This is a regional role with high expectations.
