Job summary

岗位职责 / Responsibilities:

1. 产品进口与注册管理
Manage import and product registration

* 如果需要,协助办理和跟进保健品在新加坡的HSA/SFA注册、进口许可等相关流程;
Assist in applying for and tracking HSA/SFA registrations and import permits for health supplements in Singapore when needed.

* 向总公司准备、审核并归档进口文件,包括发票、装箱单、成分分析、原产地证书等;
Requesting, review, and file import documents such as invoices, packing lists, ingredient analysis, and certificates of origin from the parent company.

2. 供应商与代工厂沟通
Coordinate with suppliers and OEM

* 与中国代工厂、原料供应商沟通,处理报价、合同、发货安排等事务;
Communicate with Chinese OEM factories and raw material suppliers on quotations, contracts, and shipment arrangements.

* 如需要,主动寻找新原料、新供应商,支持新产品开发与供应链优化;
Proactively source new ingredients and suppliers to support product development and supply chain improvement when needed.

3. 订单与供应链跟进
Follow up on purchase orders and supply chain status

* 跟进订单生产、出货、运输和清关进度,确保货物按时交付;
Monitor order production, shipping, logistics, and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery.

* 协调货运代理、清关行与仓库之间的日常沟通与排程;
Coordinate daily operations among freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses.

4. 文档与数据管理
Documentation and data management

* 管理产品注册资料、供应商档案、合同与进口批次文档;
Maintain registration files, supplier profiles, contracts, and import batch documentation.

* 协助管理层提供供应链成本分析与优化建议;
Assist management in supply chain cost analysis and optimization recommendations.

岗位要求 / Requirements:

  • Candidates are required to have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and working rights without restrictions in Singapore
  • Candidates who have knowledge or experience of International Trading Legislation are preferred
  • 熟悉保健品/食品等相关产品的进出口流程,有新加坡HSA或SFA注册经验者优先;
    Familiar with import/export processes for health supplements or food products; experience with HSA or SFA registration is preferred.
  • 具备与中国供应商沟通经验,能独立处理跨境采购与贸易事务优先;
    Experience communicating with Chinese suppliers and handling cross-border trade independently is preferred.
  • 了解国际贸易基本单据与术语,如HS编码、COO、FOB/CIF等;
    Knowledge of international trade documents and terms such as HS Code, COO, FOB/CIF.
  • 中英文书面与口头沟通能力强,能处理双语往来;
    Relatively strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • 熟练操作Microsoft Office
    Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 有保健品、食品、医药、化妆品等相关行业经验者优先;
    Prior experience in the health supplements, food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industries is an advantage.
