A trading company in Singapore is seeking an Import Manager to oversee product registration, supplier coordination, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in trading, strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English, and knowledge of international trading regulations. This role offers opportunities to work within the health supplements industry and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office.
岗位职责 / Responsibilities:
1. 产品进口与注册管理
Manage import and product registration
* 如果需要,协助办理和跟进保健品在新加坡的HSA/SFA注册、进口许可等相关流程;
Assist in applying for and tracking HSA/SFA registrations and import permits for health supplements in Singapore when needed.
* 向总公司准备、审核并归档进口文件,包括发票、装箱单、成分分析、原产地证书等;
Requesting, review, and file import documents such as invoices, packing lists, ingredient analysis, and certificates of origin from the parent company.
2. 供应商与代工厂沟通
Coordinate with suppliers and OEM
* 与中国代工厂、原料供应商沟通,处理报价、合同、发货安排等事务;
Communicate with Chinese OEM factories and raw material suppliers on quotations, contracts, and shipment arrangements.
* 如需要,主动寻找新原料、新供应商,支持新产品开发与供应链优化;
Proactively source new ingredients and suppliers to support product development and supply chain improvement when needed.
3. 订单与供应链跟进
Follow up on purchase orders and supply chain status
* 跟进订单生产、出货、运输和清关进度,确保货物按时交付;
Monitor order production, shipping, logistics, and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery.
* 协调货运代理、清关行与仓库之间的日常沟通与排程;
Coordinate daily operations among freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses.
4. 文档与数据管理
Documentation and data management
* 管理产品注册资料、供应商档案、合同与进口批次文档;
Maintain registration files, supplier profiles, contracts, and import batch documentation.
* 协助管理层提供供应链成本分析与优化建议;
Assist management in supply chain cost analysis and optimization recommendations.
