Job summary

Auditor-General's Office is seeking a candidate to join the Procurement & Contracts Audit Department. You will assist senior directors in auditing procurement and construction projects across ministries and public entities, performing risk assessments, planning audits, and delivering findings to strengthen governance.

Ideal candidates hold engineering or related qualifications and at least 1 year of relevant procurement or project management experience, with a good grasp of government

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen with tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of procurement, contracts management or project management experience on development/construction projects.
• Familiarity with government procurement policies, rules, guidelines, and GeBIZ is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessment and develop detailed audit plans for procurement projects.
• Execute audits of procurement processes and construction-related activities.
• Prepare management letters on audit findings and improvements.
