Job Title: Procurement Assistant
Location: Pioneer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 0900-1800hrs

️ Job Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for regional customer’s purchasing to fulfil order, in the aim of improving service efficiency by swift and accurate quotation by good communication. It requires the personnel work with high sense of responsibility and reliable service.
  • Source the best market price to end price competitive and quality.
  • Responsible for target sales margin, item win rate and item amount win rate in Singapore office.
  • Assist Senior/Executive for coordinating customer product inspections and special projects with team in Singapore.
  • Coordinate and support all departments when they require help.
  • Full compliance with SOP of company, training the team member in the dept to fulfil all quotation and purchasing order process.
  • Responsible for inventory replenishment and improving inventory turnover rate.
  • Ensure the purchasing team has the highest purchase order fulfil rate.
  • Others not listed above but related to company benefit

  • Good in English speaking, listening, writing and reading
  • Working knowledge and experience with MS Office
  • Having a proactive, goal-oriented approach to decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced matrixed environment
  • Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion. Attention to detail, multi-tasking and strong follow through required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines
  • Providing exceptional service and quality to external and internal customer.
  • Demonstrated continuous commitment to a focus on excellence in internal and external customer service
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary
