About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement & Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, leading the execution of our product development pipeline and ensuring growth plans are converted to strategic procurement goals. You’ll play a key role in driving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality across our global supply chain. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and product development keeping our innovation pipeline flowing and our products world-class.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage strategic procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

2. Source, assess, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers across Asia-Pacific & Global markets.

3. Collaborate with external R&D, manufacturing partners, and suppliers to create high-quality, cost-effective products.

4. Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes, ensuring that products adhere to brand standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Lead the execution of our NPD (New product development) pipeline.

6. Ensure alignment between procurement, production, inventory management & other departments.

7. Collaborate closely with R&D, logistics, QA, and operations teams

8. Maintain supplier compliance with EHPlabs' quality, ethical, and sustainability standards

9. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in procurement and production workflows

10. Support new product launches from sourcing through to scaled production

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

1. 6+ years of experience in procurement, production, or supply chain management, ideally within FMCG, nutraceuticals, or health products

2. Strong supplier management and negotiation skills across international markets

3. Understanding of Project Management and how to drive cross functional teams

4. Deep understanding of raw materials sourcing, packaging development, and manufacturing workflows

5. High level of commercial acumen and cost management capability

6. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

7. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

8. Proficiency with supply chain and inventory management tools

9. Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
