What You’ll Be Doing

As a Procurement Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting procurement operations by managing tender project processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Manage and support tender project processes, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.

  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records in Procurement SharePoint folders.

  • Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and procedures.

  • Provide essential administrative support to the procurement team, including documentation and coordination.

  • Keep procurement paperwork, records, and deadlines on track with strong organizational skills.

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and value for the company.

  • Analyze supplier proposals and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

  • Solve problems proactively as they arise during the procurement process.
