Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement & Admin Executive to support our purchasing operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing food items, and kitchen supplies according to company requirements.
  • Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines from multiple suppliers.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and feedback process.
  • Support cost control initiatives and suggest cost-saving alternatives when possible.
  • Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company procurement policies.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
  • Experience of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in purchasing, preferably in F&B industry is required.
  • Experience using REVEL POS system will be preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and documentation
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive working attitude and a team player
