Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement & Admin Executive to support our purchasing operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing food items, and kitchen supplies according to company requirements.
- Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines from multiple suppliers.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and feedback process.
- Support cost control initiatives and suggest cost-saving alternatives when possible.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company procurement policies.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
- Experience of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in purchasing, preferably in F&B industry is required.
- Experience using REVEL POS system will be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and documentation
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive working attitude and a team player
