Position Details

Office Location: Tampines

Contract Duration: Until 30 Nov 25

Job Purpose

Handle daily processing of customer requests for Velocity Onboarding and Maintenance accurately and promptly.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Verify completeness of application/request forms, ensuring all mandatory fields are filled, details are clear, amendments are countersigned, and supporting documents are complete.
  2. Process Velocity onboarding & maintenance requests within SLA timelines.
  3. Liaise with Business Units for clarifications.
  4. Respond to processing status queries from Business Units.
  5. Escalate issues or anomalies immediately to Supervisor/Team Lead/Head of Section.
Key Performance Indicators
  1. SLA Compliance: 100% requests processed within the agreed timeline.
  2. Error Rate: Zero errors due to human oversight.
