Lonpac Insurance Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented professional for insurance processing roles. Responsibilities include managing new and renewal business, ensuring compliance, and documenting policies efficiently. Candidates should have prior data-entry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as a strong team spirit.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Processing of new and renewal business for annual and contract insurance classes; notably but not limited to Fire Insurance, Workmen Injury, Marine and Miscellaneous classes of insurance
Ensure accurate data-entry of policy information
Ensure timely policy documentation and issuance
Enforce standards in policy documentation and compliance with Underwriting standards.
Scanning and filing of documents
Undertake special tasks as assigned by the Head of Section and/or Head of Department.
Competencies:
At least one year experience in data-entry work
Good typing skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
Ability to develop and maintain rapport with intermediaries
Strong team player, passionate about life and work.
