Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level manufacturing support engineer to assist in validating new equipment and processes on the shop floor. You will troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and help implement solutions to improve quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets.

You will participate in cross-functional teams, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure compliance with local regulations.

Support manufacturing operations. This role acts as a first-line technical problem solver to ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) targets are achieved.

Support process validation, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
