Job summary

  • Ability to follow standard procedures and complete tasks within set timeframes.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.
  • Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.
  • Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.
  • Identify and solve moderately routine problems.
  • Complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures, referring deviations from standard procedures to the supervisor.
  • Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.
  • Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment in various production processes, adhering to operating procedures.
  • Participate in quality and safety incident investigations and coordinate with other functions as needed.
  • Prepare and clear equipment for maintenance work, perform material receiving, staging, transfer, dispensing, sampling, and charging operations, monitor plant status, and liaise with colleagues from other departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes.

What You Will Achieve

  • Participate in quality and safety incident investigations, troubleshoot operating deviations and issues, and coordinate with other functions when necessary.
  • Complete all documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Distribution Practices (part of GxP) standards
  • Prepare and clear equipment for maintenance work, perform material receiving, staging, transfer, dispensing, sampling, and charging operations, monitor plant status, and liaise with colleagues from other departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
  • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of industry practices and standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written and oral communication
  • Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Applications and System Application & Products
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and complete tasks within the agreed timeframe
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
  • Experience in operating chemical process equipment
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GxP)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot process issues
  • Experience in quality and safety incident investigations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity
